About Vanessa

Growing up in Newport Beach, Vanessa developed an insider’s knowledge of the coastal Orange County market that few agents can match. Upon graduating from the University of San Diego, she returned home to Newport Beach. She began her career at the Newport Beach Board of REALTORS®, where she assisted local NAR members with continuing education, teaching courses on real estate technology, and hosting community and industry events.

After her tenure at the Board, she joined a boutique real estate firm in Newport Beach specializing in distressed properties before transitioning into traditional residential sales as the market shifted. Within two years, she was promoted to office manager, where she successfully led and mentored a team of ten agents.

In 2017, Vanessa joined Harcourts, where her leadership, market expertise, and client-first approach have made her a top producer. She has consistently ranked among the firm’s leading agents in Orange County. Vanessa has represented clients in high-profile coastal transactions, skillfully navigating luxury estates, investment properties, and competitive multiple-offer scenarios. She has been recognized for her excellence in negotiation, client service, and innovative marketing strategies.

Beyond her real estate success, Vanessa is deeply committed to the community. She currently serves as a Newport Beach Arts Commissioner, Chair of the Guilds of Segerstrom Center for the Arts, as well as on their Arts Business and Leadership Council, and is an active member of the Newport Beach Arts Foundation and the Newport Beach Foundation. She has completed both the Citizens Police Academy and Distinguished Citizens Program for Newport Beach and serves on the Local Government Relations Committee for the local real estate board.

When she isn’t helping clients or serving in the community, Vanessa can be found playing pickleball, attending concerts, or enjoying everything the coastal lifestyle has to offer.
